Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Summary: You earn 30% of the subscription payments a customer you refer makes, for as long as they pay and you're in the program. A signup counts as yours if it happens within 30 days of a click on your link. Commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer pays, and we pay out once your balance reaches $50. Disclose your links, and don't bid on our brand name or post on coupon sites. This summary is for convenience; the terms below control.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms are an agreement between you ("you" or "affiliate") and Even Flow Solutions, LLC ("Jamdesk," "we," or "us") about the Jamdesk affiliate program. You accept them when you apply.

We review every application and may approve or decline anyone without giving a reason. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Our employees and contractors can't join, and you can have only one affiliate account. You can't join if you're on a US sanctions list or located in a country under comprehensive US sanctions. If you join for a company, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.

2. Commission

You earn 30% of the net amount we collect from each referred customer for Jamdesk subscription plans, for as long as they keep paying and you remain in the program. Net amount means what the customer actually pays, minus taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, or GST), refunds, chargebacks, credits, and discounts.

Commission isn't paid on one-time services, custom or negotiated enterprise contracts (unless we agree in writing), or amounts we write off as unpaid. Annual plans earn commission on the annual payment when we collect it. If a customer upgrades, downgrades, or our prices change, commission follows what they actually pay.

If a payment is refunded, charged back, reversed, or turns out to be fraudulent, we remove the commission on it from your balance, even after the hold period. If we already paid it, we deduct it from your future commission on any referral. If your balance can't cover it within 90 days, or you've left the program, you agree to repay it within 30 days of our request.

3. Attribution

A customer counts as your referral when they create a new Jamdesk account within 30 days of clicking your referral link. The referral stays with that account, so you earn commission when they move from the free trial to a paid plan, even if that happens after the 30 days. If a customer clicked more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click before signup gets the credit.

These signups don't count:

  • Accounts belonging to you, your household, your employer, or a business you own or manage.
  • Accounts paid for with your payment method, or set up for a client whose Jamdesk bill you pay or resell.
  • A person or company that has, or had in the last 12 months, a Jamdesk account, or that we were already talking to about buying Jamdesk.
  • Users invited to an existing account.

If a referred customer cancels and comes back on the same account within 12 months, the referral is still yours. After that, it isn't.

We decide attribution from our records, which may include referral cookies, signup data, and manual review. Tracking can fail, for example when a visitor blocks cookies, switches devices, or signs up without the link, and we aren't responsible for referrals we couldn't track. If you think we missed one, email us within 60 days of the signup with the evidence you have. We'll review it in good faith, and our decision is final. Each monthly report becomes final 60 days after we send it unless you dispute it in writing before then.

4. Payouts

Commission on a payment becomes payable 30 days after the customer pays, so refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments can be caught. Once your payable balance reaches $50, we send a payout within 30 days after the end of that month. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month.

Payouts are in US dollars, by a method we agree on when you're approved. Before your first payout you must give us accurate payment details and a valid tax form (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN), and we hold payouts until we have them. You're responsible for all taxes on your commission, including income tax and any GST or VAT you owe. We may withhold tax where the law requires it. Fees from your bank or payment provider, and any currency conversion, are your cost. If we pay you too much by mistake, we'll deduct it from future payouts or you'll return it.

We can't pay anyone who is on a US sanctions list, is located in a country under comprehensive US sanctions, or doesn't pass reasonable identity checks. If you haven't given us working payment details and a valid tax form within 12 months after commission becomes payable, or we can't legally pay you, that commission is forfeited where the law allows.

5. Promotion rules

  • Disclose clearly, next to the link, that your Jamdesk links are affiliate links, as the law where you publish requires (for example, the FTC's Endorsement Guides in the US). You may mark links rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
  • Don't bid on "Jamdesk," misspellings, or variations of it on any search or social ad platform, and don't use it in ad text, ad URLs, or sponsored listings. Paid ads that send traffic to Jamdesk through your link need our written approval first.
  • Don't post your link on coupon, deal, discount, cashback, rebate, or loyalty sites or browser extensions, and don't advertise a Jamdesk discount we haven't given you.
  • Don't pay, reward, or offer anything to people for signing up through your link.
  • Don't set a referral without a real click by a real person. That rules out cookie stuffing, hidden or forced clicks, pop-ups and pop-unders, iframes, extensions, bots, and redirects that hide the destination.
  • Don't register domains, social accounts, or app names that contain "Jamdesk" or something confusingly similar.
  • Don't refer yourself or anyone listed in section 3.
  • Only email people who agreed to hear from you, and don't send unsolicited messages, comments, or DMs with your link.
  • Don't make false or misleading claims about Jamdesk, its features, pricing, or competitors, and don't post fake reviews.
  • Don't present yourself as Jamdesk, as speaking for us, or as an official partner unless we've said so in writing.
  • Follow the laws that apply to your promotion, including advertising, consumer protection, anti-spam (such as CAN-SPAM and CASL), privacy (such as GDPR), anti-bribery, and sanctions laws.

If we reasonably suspect a violation, we may hold your payouts while we look into it. If we find one, we may cancel the commission connected to it and remove you from the program. If we find fraud, we may cancel all of your unpaid commission and recover commission we already paid on fraudulent referrals.

6. Using our brand

While you're in the program, you may use the Jamdesk name and the logos and materials we provide to promote Jamdesk through your referral link, following any brand guidelines we share. Don't change our logos or use them in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you. We own our brand, and this permission ends when you leave the program. If we ask you to change or remove content that mentions Jamdesk, do it within 5 business days.

7. Customers, data, and confidentiality

Customers you refer are our customers. We set our prices, plans, and products and may change or discontinue them. You can't make promises, offer terms, or sign agreements for us. Our reports may show only limited or anonymized information about referred customers. Keep our reports, commission details, and any non-public information we share confidential. You're responsible for your own audience's data, and our referral cookie only works when visitors allow it.

8. Leaving or ending the program

You or we can end your participation at any time by email. We may also end the affiliate program for everyone by emailing you at least 30 days in advance. Either way, you stop earning commission on payments made after the end date, including payments from customers you referred earlier.

We'll pay commission earned before the end date once it becomes payable, minus anything you owe us, and send your final payout if it's at least $10. If we remove you for breaking these terms, section 5 decides what happens to unpaid commission. Remove your referral links and our brand materials within 14 days. The sections on commission clawbacks, payouts, confidentiality, liability, indemnity, and disputes still apply after you leave.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If we lower the commission rate, shorten the attribution window, or end the program, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. A lower rate applies to all customer payments made after it takes effect, including payments from customers you referred earlier. Other changes take effect when posted. If you don't agree to a change, you can leave the program. Staying in after a change takes effect means you accept it.

10. General

You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing here makes you our employee, partner, or agent. The program isn't exclusive, and we may work with other affiliates and partners, including in your market.

We don't promise you any amount of earnings. We provide the program and our tracking as is, without a guarantee that they'll be error-free or always available. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to commission that has become payable to you and hasn't been paid.

You agree to defend and cover us for any claim, fine, or cost that results from your content, your promotion methods, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law, including advertising disclosure, anti-spam, privacy, and intellectual property laws.

You can't transfer your affiliate account or your referrals to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer these terms, including to a buyer of our business.

The "Governing Law & Disputes," "Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver," and "Statute of Limitations" parts of Section 15 of our Terms of Service apply to these terms. Where they say "Terms" or "Service," read them as these affiliate terms and the affiliate program. If our Terms of Service conflict with these affiliate terms, these affiliate terms control for the program.

These terms, the parts of our Terms of Service named above, and any written approval email from us are the whole agreement about the program. A special arrangement only counts if we confirm it in writing by email. Not enforcing a rule isn't a waiver of it. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

We send notices to the email on your affiliate account, so keep it current. Send notices to us at legal@jamdesk.com.
